An instant way to create plentiful storage in a bedroom with one piece of furniture, our Mottisfont Painted Wide Chest of Drawers has the advantage of looking superb too. Combining country cottage-style charm and contemporary modern design, this timeless piece will suit many decors. With three small drawers and four wider ones, there’ll be no more heaps of clothes lying around waiting for a home. The generous solid ash surface is lightly lacquered to guard against everyday wear and tear, and the smooth vanilla cream paint finish on the drawers and sides contrasts nicely with the ash handles. The drawers are fitted with strong back stoppers to prevent them over-extending.

I only have one complaint about an otherwise well made piece of furniture, the drawer knobs were for a better phrase, rubbish, some were not cut off at 90 degrees and left gaps when screwed in, and some of the screw fittings in the knobs were not drilled in the centre, some out by more than 3 millimetres, which does not detract from the visual appearance of the unit, but I expected better workmanship from such a good company who I have had brilliant products from before, a small thing I know, but I was surprised I even had to write this.
