We bought these drawers as they match our bedside tables. Lovely size and style. However, the delivery was not satisfactory at all. Very unhelpful, refused to take the packaging and not careful at all. After removing the box we found the chest was damaged on the corner (photo attached)
We ordered 2 of these, one arrived perfect and the other was very poor quality. Not usual Cotswold company standard. Arrived with a bash on a corner that had been poorly touched up, parts missing and various chips in paintwork.

I bought two of the chest- to create a dresser. Delivery was exceptionally quick and goods were well packed. Unfortunately despite the packing, one of the front and top of one set was damaged. Customer Service were very quick to respond to offer replacement or a payment to compensate. The drawers look great, come assembled and are sturdy. I will use Cotswold again- I am impressed despite the damaged chest. The quality for the price makes these good value
