Purchased as thought it was made in UK and I would be supporting British business. Only Cotswold Sofas are made in the UK, everything else made in China or Europe. Ridiculous amount of packaging, makes Amazon look thrifty. Took 3 recycling bins to dispose of the waste, totally excessive and not environmentally friendly.
Delivery took just under 6 months, instead of 10 weeks. Automated updates, no apology, had to chase before they offered compensation once it had been delivered. Such a shame.

Unfortunately the product came damaged around two of the draws. It looks a sturdy piece of furniture for the price but both paint chips were on the front directly in your eye line. Accepting delivery during lockdown meant delivery people left it in its packaging. If they had removed it we would have returned it immediately. We were happy to accept a replacement provided it was quality inspected but none in stock and a further wait of 10 - 12 weeks. Needless to say we are now arranging collection of the item and a refund. Collection and refund process seems straight forward
