Large Wardrobe with Sliding Doors

l purchased the Malvern Sliding wardrobe (£999 so not cheap) l love its size and the features it offers but the construction means that it is more than a little rustic than expected, the drawers have gaps at the sides and the sliding door does not fit the corner of the wardrobe on one side leaving a gap at the top side. I think this item is expensive and poor value for money.

I drove all the way to cotsworld from West London and chose to purchase this wardrobe. The sliding door arrived damaged, when contacted the support they asked for a quality control sticker to replace the door, I found no sticker! I was sold a product with no QC sticker on it. Eventually after exchange of emails they sent out a new door with out any intimation, the old door was not collected. After spending a good 20minutes and carefully unpacking the door to my complete disbelief another damaged door this time even worse of a damage and I am left with all the mess of the packing and disposing it. This is such a wonderful wardrobe, I loved the design instantly but such a shame that the company is not able to delivery on quality and service for the price paid. I am utterly disappointed.

Gorgeous piece of furniture but the first one I recieved there were alot of scratches and chips. They did replace the wardrobes. But when they delivered the second they didn't collect the first. When I opened the second that was more damaged than the first. even though I was told it would be looked over carefully. So I was left with 2 large damaged wardrobes taking over the upstairs of the house. Even though I don't rate this piece of furniture the customer service from this company has been brilliant. I could not falter it
