If I could give this a zero this would definitely be the case. I was extremely please to find the item in stock, that I'd ordered it so easily, could get it assembled after paying for the service and delivered in two days between 10 - 2. I called the day prior to delivery to check it had been despatched and all was good. The next day I drove to the place of delivery (over an hour away) and ensured I was there for 8am just in case it arrived early. I heard nothing. Tracking information was not updated till after 2 when a text arrived to say they were running late. Again didn't mind waiting. At 5pm I could see the van just making a delivery just around the corner in Kirkby Lonsdale, so felt reassured that all was well and kept waiting. At approx 5.20 tracking information was cleared - Nada. I called and spoke to a customer service rep and was told failed delivery. I'd stipulated that my house was 10 metres from the main road and for some reason the chap had attempted the most daft route to get to the other side of my street. No calls to discuss - nothing. The drop off was rearranged for the following Monday. Again 10 - 2. At 6.30 am in the morning, back in Preston, I checked the tracking information. It had been updated to show delivery 7.30 - 11.30. Like a mad fool I set off to ensure I arrived in Kirkby Lonsdale on time. When I arrived again the tracking information had been updated to show after 8.30. Phew - I thought! But oddly I felt reassured that at least the delivery was going to arrive. I kept monitoring the tracking, again could see it making my way to me, then guess what! Tracking cleared Nada! You got it failed delivery! Again no attempt to call. After repeated calls to customer service it was agreed that a different firm would be used. I also took the time to contact complaints at Expert Logistics, whose manager could NOT understand the repeated route being used by their drivers. I explained that I've had many deliveries - John Lewis, Old Radiators, Wood deliveries which was an arctic lorry with long hand on the back to unload, new kitchen, new bathroom. this is the first delivery with problems. After 5 days of waiting for a manager from Cotswald to rearrange a delivery I spoke to someone that really excelled in customer service, who advised that their manager was struggling to find my address on google maps! This is a modern day business, operating in sheeps clothing! It's not fit for purpose. I'd avoid at all costs! It's cost me 4 journeys of petrol from Preston to Kirkby Lonsdale, 4 lots of journey mileage, excess mile costs on my car and 2 days parking. Prepared to give this company a third shot - I gave in when the nincompoops couldn't operate a simple map system. No confidence whatsoever!!! Two days in Im still waiting for a letter to clarify the order has been cancelled, surprised not!

Firstly, we had an issue with the initial delivery so this had to be rearranged. The second delivery arrived 10 minutes before the agreed timeslot and our items (very large) were left outside our property even though i had paid for them to be delivered to a room of choice. I therefore had no choice but to carry them into my house and up the stairs with my wife who is 7 months pregnant. I had also paid for all the packaging to be removed and taken away but obviously this didn’t happen. I now have 2 very large carboard boxes full of packaging to dispose of myself. After complaining to customer services a 10% refund was offered as a good will gesture. Assembling the warbrobe wasn’t straight forward either as the pre-set frame on the wardrobe base wasn’t aligned correctly, making the doors very uneven when closed. I have had to pack under one side of the warbdobe to level them up. Also, the decorative wood panels across the middle of the doors are not aligned either, approximately 5mm out, causing a bit of an eye sore (see picture). Overall a very disappointing delivery service and poor build quality considering the price we paid.

Delivered on time and the drivers unpacked the product and moved it upstairs to the bedroom. Slightly disappointed to see Made in China in large letters on the packaging, not in the Cotswolds. Slightly disappointed to find all the wardrobe is MDF and not solid timber. Having said that it was easy to assemble and seems solid with accurate joints and full instructions. Will have to wait to see if it can be broken down and reassembled if another house move is required
