Lovely product. Customer service was awful. Phoned by office and accused of hiding in the house and was told I was lieing when delivery people were at the incorrect house. Lady from the office was rude, and aggressive on the phone. I would never buy again due to customer service unfortunately atelier and would never advise friends or family to have to deal with the appalling treatment. Shame as product is lovely.

This was item 2 of 3 that is also damaged. Just wish things came without any issues but guess paying extra for ‘quality’ doesn’t always guarantee the item will be perfect. Such a shame...

My wardrobe was delivered on a Tuesday, I paid to have assembled, but the drivers turned u without the equipment required.
My wardrobe was assembled on the Friday by two friendly efficient men. The wardrobe looks lovely once assembled.
It is a pity that there are shorter time slots for delivery/assembly. I gave up all Tuesday as I did not have a time slot until Tuesday at 7.23 to give me a time slot in the afternoon.
On the Friday I had to rearrange my commitments as I could not have the time slot I requested.
