Sadly it arrived damaged, I did e mail immediately And sent photos but to date have not received a reply. We have now carried out repairs to our best ability but disappointed. I have more photos of the damage

Sorry to say but this wardrobe is awful! This is the second one of these purchased and although the first one was a two man job to put together and wasn’t easy, this one was terrible. Unfortunately because both sides of the wardrobe were severely warped it was impossible to fit the top on without realigning the back and sides. If we hadn’t of already waited nine weeks for delivery and it hadn’t been needed urgently we would have returned it! As it is we had to put it together with large gaps on the back of the unit just to be able to keep it together. Certainly won’t be buying anything again. Had read previous bad reviews but th3 first one wasn’t too bad - never again!

I am not very pleased with the product. The back of the cupboard does not feat neatly and leaves a space.
Is there anything you can do about this please?
Also one of door knobs is faulty. Please could I have a replacement.
It would be good if someone could discuss this with me please.
