Beautiful wardrobe. Easy to put together. Only issue was one screw was too short but we were sent a new one out straight away.

Whilst this is a beautiful wardrobe,be prepared to flex your muscles. It comes flat packed, the doors are attached to the front frame and the draw is complete. The box it comes in is enormous and we had to unpack it and heave the parts up the stairs, it is unbelievably heavy. It took myself and my husband around an hour to build, everything fits together well, but we struggled to stand it up due to the weight. However the screws for the door knobs were too short and the threads became damaged with only tightening them by hand. I had to contact customer support and explain that we needed longer screws. The matter was dealt with quickly and the parts arrived(with longer screws) two days later. No idea why longer screws are not included in the first place, then the issue would not arise.

Wardrobe itself is fine (though more of a flat pack than is implied by the description, I would say). However, one of the door knobs could not be affixed to the wardrobe because the thread had been eroded (and there is only a tiny allowance of thread available inside the door knob). Not a big deal... but the company were completely unable to understand that I needed a new door knob, despite three emails in which I explained it very clearly. Instead, they sent a variety of different screws (twice). In my last phone call, I was promised a call back, which has not happened. I despair of ever having a fully functioning wardrobe, to be honest.
