Warehousing & Distribution Centre

Our Warehouse and Distribution Operations are based in our purpose-built Distribution Centres on Fradley Park, Lichfield.

We have approximately 300,000 square feet of operating space where we handle upwards of 50 inbound containers per week, and dispatch hundreds of outbound deliveries.

We operate several departments including warehousing, quality control and logistics, goods in and out and replenishment and auditing of stock. Our quality control department is also based here, allowing us to ensure that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition.

Also operating from Lichfield is our Cotswold Home Delivery (CHD) team – our own in-house distribution team consisting of warehousing teams and our driving fleet who deliver direct to customer’s homes.

Vietnam and China

Believe it or not we are not just a UK based company – we have offices in China and Vietnam!

Our teams abroad are responsible for overseeing the sourcing of and manufacturing of some of our products which are then shipped to our warehouse in Lichfield.
