Item arrived after waiting four months, you having taken my money on ordering, only to be faulty. Marks and some glue like substance on one of the legs and small marks and a small delve in the top. Extremely shoddy workmanship. So disappointed after waiting so long. Item was returned with delivery company. In spite of being told they would inform you and that you would be contacting me to arrange a replacement, I waited over a week and then called you. I was told the delivery company hadn’t informed you of the return. I then received emails to say a replacement would be yet another four months. To wait eight months for this item was totally unacceptable to me so I asked for a refund. The only thing which happened promptly and I thank you for that. I love your furniture and did intend buying more but after this first experience I am not so sure. I consequently ordered a similar console table online which arrived within three days and is perfect. It was only £15 more than yours and has much better workmanship.

This arrives partly flat packed which I hadn't realised when I ordered it, however, it was easy enough to put together and looks really nice, the quality is good.
