We ordered 5 items from Cotswold Co, on arrival not only were the delivery team rude & unprofessional, but every single item that we order was damaged in some way. Upon chasing customer services for numerous days, we eventually received replacement parts which were again damaged. While to furniture looks nice, the company is let down by its appalling customer service and delivery network.

Love the modern styling of these chairs which replace a much more formal style they are sturdy but not heavy and a great price too very pleased with them.

Loving my new dining chairs in both the grey and cream. They are very comfy and look super stylish with the mix of new and old furniture.
