Our experience of the Cotswold Company has been marred by every item of furniture that we have recently received requiring a follow up response reporting areas of damage or poor quality. On a positive note the aftercare department is a feather in the companies hat in comparison to your competitors.
However, in our opinion the offer of a "home service" to complete furniture remedials has again highlighted the quality of the products leaving the warehouse and whether the due diligence is being carried out as suggested.

We ordered this table to arrive in time for Easter with the family, which it did. It was put up quickly by the delivery team. The only thing is you have to be careful with the leaves as if placed incorrectly they could scratch the surface. This is just a watch out. We love the table.
