I was extremely delighted with the furniture when it arrived both for quality and value for money. I think it is essential that that you explain to customers on ordering the shipping and delivery process, not wait until the furniture is ready to deliver. As the furniture is being shipped into the country (there can be delays) the packaging is sturdy which is excellent, but needs to be taken away by the drivers as local refuse company will not take it, and I would not have been able to get it into my car to take to the dump. Additionally I had prearrange for my table to be put together - it took the delivery men over an hour to unpack a table, 8 chairs and a dresser and put them together. This is not something I recommend you try to do yourself. The delivery men were first class.

Product is very good. However, it was very late and the automatic email update system didn't work so it was necessary for me to call and speak to customer services several times. Promised revised date was not met (by 4 weeks) and it ended up being 6 weeks late. I understand Covid impacts, but there was no proactive or reliable information.
