Our Stow collection is painted in a warm white, with fresh design details as practical as they are lovely to live with. Such as soft close sliding doors from Germany that provide quick and easy access. A collection designed with busy family homes in mind, the mortise and tenon solid wood frames are extremely durable, while handcrafted dovetail-jointed drawers add strength.

Very good quality, solid stable dresser unit. I’m delighted with. Delivery however was very poor, paid for Saturday delivery then on morning of delivery phone call at 10.30am to say it’s not coming and don’t know when it will be available, so having paid £1249 plus £20 extra for Saturday delivery and disposing of old unit I wasn’t pleased! Luckily it was available the next weekend, but they asked for another £20 delivery charge for Saturday?! After online chat they agreed no extra delivery fee was due. It arrived and I’m very pleased with it.

The actual Cotswold Stow Warm White sliding door dresser is a nice unit. That is, once we received the correct replacement for the damaged top unit. The consignment had initially arrived a day late at very short notice which mucked up our day's arrangements and was slightly damaged. Not a good start, compounded by then waiting two weeks for a replacement top half of the dresser.
Two weeks went bye, we chased the delivery time notification on the morning of the scheduled delivery date having had no update, to be advised by the courier that the delivery truck had broken down and delivery would be several hours later, again this disrupted our scheduled arrangements around work for the day.
Truck arrived, unit offloaded - right postcode on delivery sticker, wrong unit delivered ! so, having removed goods from the existing unit , then replaced them back in place- just in case.
Back on the truck went the wrong unit . Finally, a further and correct spec replacement unit arrived the following day.
In terms of the finish to the units, the factory paint finish could do with being a little more generous as looks to be a little thin in places.
In terms of service- Your infrastructure could do with improvement ie- between Cotswold and the courier service you use. The level of communication from your company personnel is good but there seems to be a bit lacking on the logistics front end of your service. The school report suggests - Could do better ! I would recommend your units but the overall level of service needs improvement to warrant the level of expectation and justify the cost of the units.
