Hi, the front right dowelling was showing upon receipt and inside the packaging. I had to put two small metal right angled edging to bring it back together so the top drawer would open. I think that the weight of the unit allows for this to happen if transit isn’t handled correctly. The firm also refused to bring it beyond the front door which given I’m a pensioner wasn’t helpful. Extra strengthening on the side panels recommended.

This wasn’t the pale grey I had hope for but more like white. Cotswold were extremely helpful and exchanged for the dove grey which I actually prefer the legs on so a good result for me.
