The console table is very nice ,
neat and a perfect size for my hall.
However when it was unpacked by my brother to be assemble we noticed that it had sustained a bump (?) on the back r-h corner.
I have tried several time to send the photo and point out the damage but my emails bounce back no matter which for of the company email I try: Cotswoldco .com or sales@costwoldco.com I rang and spoke to a member if staff and was told that a member if customer service would call me back. This was 5 days ago and so far nothing. I have purchased 2 other items of furniture this year which were fine but I seem to have been rather unlucky with this item.
As the damage is on the back corner it looks like I may have to live with it.
I was hoping Cotswold might have sent me a small matchbox of paint & a little tube of wood glue/ filler to fill the little split marks ...ah well dream on I guess

I bought this to go in my hallway to accommodate all the detritus that accumulates there. The 3 draws are spacious and it is a very nice piece of furniture, well made.
