The new cushion doesn't fit the bench properly. I phoned customer services to address this and was told I would be called back but two weeks later I am still waiting for the call.
The cushion cover does not have any washing instructions on it and this is why the original cushion, which fitted the bench well, had to be replaced: it was washed in a warm wash and shrank by about a foot.
Please put washing instructions on your soft furnishing products and please phone your customers back when you say you are going to .
