Lovely looking unit but once unpacked discovered a large split in the wood at the front and a chip in the corner at the back. Contacted Cotswolds company to arrange a replacement and after 7 days I still haven’t had a response.

Gorgeous new addition to our hallway. Very well built stylish and fits lots of shoes and boots. Trainer mountain is no more my hallway finally looks tidy!
