Order placed, delivery confirmed then the consignment was lost. Delivery delayed.
Delivery attempted. Only half of the product was delivered. Update on missing half promised next day. Didn’t happen.
Week after, update chased. Consignment lost, delivery delayed. Customer service agent I spoke to was unable to do anything other than suggest it might be another couple of weeks (it’s been 5 already)...
All starting to sound a bit familiar now.
The product craftsmanship is excellent but let down in poor choice of hardware (hinges, stays etc on bench seat are stiff and jam easily).
I had planned on buying multiple pieces from here but after this demonstration of logistics, not sure I’ll bother.

I ordered the unit and they delivered two of the top part. It took me 4 days to eventually get someone to sort it and another 3 Days for it to be delivered again. It’s very expensive for what it is. Looks good and the colour is just great , however, I was very disappointed at having to assemble it. Not the best product for the money and doubt it will last if in constant use.
