Four Drawer Shoe Bench with Cushion

First, the good. Great build quality and pretty much exactly what I was expecting in terms of size, colour, etc. Now for the bad! The cushion absolutely reeks! At first we hoped that the smell would subside once we aired it but, honestly, it seemed to just get worse. I emailed a number of times asking for help to get it exchanged. Nothing. I then called and explained the situation. I was asked to hold on the line while the lady ‘looked into the matter’. 30 minutes later the line just went dead! I expected a lot more to be honest and don’t know where to turn now in order to get this resolved. They just won’t respond to me and getting things fixed really ought not to take this much effort - a very, very poor show in my opinion!

Great quality bench at a very reasonable price. Lovely grey that works perfectly in my mezzanine office.
