Desk was damaged after a 9 week wait (although advised a 6 week wait). I was fobbed off with £50 discount but did not accept this. A replacement desk was ordered with a 1-2 week wait, the desk did not arrive after 2 weeks and I had no contact from Cotswold Co. I have asked for a refund and have to say still no one has contacted me to apologise for poor service. I'm hoping the refund has been processed but again no one has contacted me to say this has happened. I will not use Cotswold again.

Really pleased with this desk. It is solid, well built and seamlessly flows with the accompanying filing cabinet. It is a great height and the cupboards are deep.
