Single Pedestal Desk

Desk was damaged after a 9 week wait (although advised a 6 week wait). I was fobbed off with £50 discount but did not accept this. A replacement desk was ordered with a 1-2 week wait, the desk did not arrive after 2 weeks and I had no contact from Cotswold Co. I have asked for a refund and have to say still no one has contacted me to apologise for poor service. I'm hoping the refund has been processed but again no one has contacted me to say this has happened. I will not use Cotswold again.

Really pleased with this desk. It is solid, well built and seamlessly flows with the accompanying filing cabinet. It is a great height and the cupboards are deep.

To start with delivery was on the right date and within the time slot. Driver called me 45 mins beforehand. Then just plonked in on the mat in the hallway, asked me to check that the box was intact and then left. As a widow on my own I then had to haul the two boxes up the stairs, the boxes were heavy, I just managed it. I then had to put it together which challenged me but I was determined to do it, made a mistake but after correcting it a desk emerged. I am very pleased with the desk, just what I wanted. The delivery of an expensive item of furniture was not good. No packaging taken away. I will think twice before ordering again.
