Lovely desk, instructions were missing, not that it needed much assembly, but wrong parts were included which added to the confusion of assembly, live chat was great.

Draw doesn't fit in properly, this was a pre made part so not something I have done. Contacted customer services and it will take a month to have someone out to fix it. Expected more for the price

Should there be any further issues, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're happy to help. Best wishes, Jessica Sculfor Executive Complaints Advisor

All furniture in this range looks really good. Pleased we bought it. We would like to mention our fantastic delivery men - probably the best we have ever had. Their names our Ciaran and James, delivering in the Suffolk area. We had just had our hall and stairs decorated and the large pieces of furniture had to go up stairs. We were nervous there would be damage or scratches to our freshly painted walls but Ciaran and James were so attentive and careful. They were also so pleasant and polite. They couldn't have done more to keep our new furniture and newly painted walls perfect. Please let them know how much we appreciated their efforts. Leonore and Mike Rumford - Exning Suffolk.
