For the price, we expected a sturdy shoe scraper that wouldn't move the moment you put your little toe on it. Looks lovely on the door step and great service/delivery from the company, but a somewhat useless product to effectively scrap one's shoes!

Colour not as pictured, just a horrible light brown colour. Applied for online return 4 weeks ago now and after 3 phone calls I’ve still not heard about a return. Appalling service!!

Rubbish. It was a gift for someone and the bolts were missing. They had to go and buy some more. I was going to order one for ourselves, but put me off now. Not like Cotswolds.....!!!!
