Unfortunately I did not receive my doormat as it had not been sent due to a clerical error which had indicated that the payment had not been processed. It was only when I phoned about 4 weeks after ordering it that I was informed this had happened. My money was refunded but there was not any offer to recompense my inconvenience or offer some money off another mat, which I would have had to wait another 3 weeks for delivery. I thought customer service on this occasion had been very poor.
