Grey colour from a distance looks a bit dusty. Lids don't shut fully on both boxes, about 1cm gap. Main issue was delivery. Ordered 2 items together and thought they would be delivered together on the day I had selected. Oh no, as these baskets are direct from manufacturer they turned up on a separate day later without warning and so I was out. Long story of complaining and waiting but they turned up again without warning and fortunately I was in. Beware if you order this item it will be sent direct so Cotswold company do not know exactly when it will arrive, so you can not pick a delivery slot.

Please accept my apologies that the item wasn't up to your expectations. From looking at our website and it's display images for this item, it would appear that it is demonstrated the aesthetic is manufactured in a worn rustic style, additionally from those same images, it can be seen that the lid does not sit flush. We do also apologise that the delivery arrangement wasn't made more clear. It does state that we do allow up to three weeks for this item to be delivered. I hope that despite this, you are pleased with the items now they are with you.
