Good product, superbly finished. The laminate panelling could have been a bit sturdier and the shallow drawer is not very robust. Wished these bits were constructed stronger and Would have given five stars. Well packed and protected though on delivery.

The drinks cabinet is fine, as expected, however, I am very disappointed with the Cotswold Company. I bought from your company as I understood you were reputable and I expected your services would be reliable. This certainly has not been the case. Delivery was initially arranged for Monday 25th November. I took the day off work to await the delivery in anticipation only to be told the cabinet had been loaded on the wrong lorry and would not be delivered, I was understandably disappointed and upset but agreed a second delivery date for Thursday 28th November , I couldn’t take another day off work but managed to swap a shift to enable me to be home to accept delivery. All was on track and the delivery lorry arrived within the time slot agreed, only to be told by the driver that the cabinet was not on the lorry, unbelievable!! The driver tried to contact logistics and after waiting in a phone queue, explained the problem and then was cut off the line and had to start the process all over again from the beginning of the queue, the poor driver was stood in my hallway for over 20mins trying to find out out what had happened, I feel that he shouldn’t have been in this position, unfair for both him and myself. Successful delivery was completed on Saturday 30th November (3rd time lucky). The cabinet is good and I am pleased with the product however, there are other pieces I would have been interested in ordering but I am afraid I have lost confidence in the competency of the Cotswold Company.
