It came broken - obviously been dropped at some point as one of the corners was squashed and the whole bottom was cracked all the way around. One of the drawers doesn't open as the wood has broken inside.
I asked for a replacement and they said they haven't got any. The decent thing to do would have been to have refunded me so I could look at getting it repaired, but for some reason this wasn't accepted by Cotswold Co. Silly because they're only going to have to pick it up and dispose of it. Won't be using the company again as they were very unapologetic and unprofessional.

Overall we like this coffee table. It arrived well packed but the bottom drawer was jammed as it had come off the runner pushed up by packing material. We had great difficulty removing the drawer in order to correctly reset it. Also one of the Woven baskets is tight to slide in and out. The sale price was good and reflected its value.
