I am pleased with the product but was disappointed that the delivery team did not unpack and take away the packaging. I was surprised as you do state that this will happened with large items. The Delivery Team clearly showed me on their records that it stated "basic service" - and no packaging to be removed. I was also informed that I was "lucky" that they had brought it into my sitting room as they are only required to bring to hallway. Not the response or type of service I was expecting.
