The item is better than I had hoped and looks great in my bathroom, the only fault I have is that the two delivery guys refused to take it upstairs for me - I am 76 !! your last email prior to this delivery said if two men were delivering they would take it to the room specified by the customer. So whilst I have no issue whatsoever with the lovely piece of furniture I do with the people you are using to make your deliveries.

Delivery was clumsy. The unit was damaged in four places as the delivery team manoeuvred this item into the house. It's not small but it is not enormous. This team had no initiative about how to get the piece form point A to point B. It was bashed against a shelf in the porch on several occasions as it came into the house. I requested either a free replacement with collection and delivery at the cost of the company or a 25% discount. I was offered the latter which was processed promptly. So, all in all the piece of furniture is as described. The delivery was not. One of the delivery guys expressed his annoyance at me for pointing out the damage once it was in place rather than before they started moving it into the house. I would rather have paid full price for less hassle.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of this cupboard. It is beautiful and practical for my bathroom. All the bits I don't want displayed (bleach, sanitary items, etc) are hidden in the cupboard, and all my pretty bits are displayed and close to hand on the shelves. I love the fact that the shelves are open at the back, as this allows my new tiles to show through and is a lovely feature. Highly recommended.
