Very very disappointing. After only 1.5 years this bed is very wobbly and it feels like it might fall apart soon. I called customer services that reminded me that my guarantee was only for one year so the can't do anything to help me apart from offering me advice. They suggested to re-screw it! Seriously?! Thank you, so (not) helpful.

When you spoke to my colleague over the phone regarding this issue you were advised that we would try and help in any way we could to try and resolve this matter for you. It does sound like the bolts were not fully tightened when you first assembled this bed, so it may be worth re-tightening these to see whether this has any effect on the stability of this bed. This bed looks fabulous and my daughter tells me that it is very comfortable, we paired it up with a memory foam mattress and my daughter says that the combination works really well. It looks wonderful and we paid for the installation service which was first class well worth the money, the men who delivered the bedroom furnitue had the wardrobe and bed together in about 10 minutes. Thoroughly recommend the bed and the installation service

Paintwork marks very easily, even with a fingernail. Rings have to be removed from fingers when making the bed or changing the linen.
