This bed was delivered missing a slat. As it was not unboxed before the delivery men left it could not be seen. I have been unable to speak to anyone on the phone and have emailed the Cotswold company 3 times about this and have had zero response. In fact I received an email to tell me that the case was closed! Before it had even been opened. I am still waiting a week later for any acknowledgement of this problem at all. I have been incredibly disappointed in the service offered and the phone situation is unacceptable.

The bed is lovely but I was very surprised that it came as a DIY kit - If I had been aware of that I wouldn't have ordered it! It still isn't put together as I am waiting for a friend to do for me! The delivery was excellent and all packaging taken away.

Really good quality and easy to put together.
Great delivery kept up to date when it would arrive and guys bought all the parcels in the house.
