I didn’t receive the bed. First delivery date the delivery firm said they arrived and no answer where in fact I’d taken the entire day off and sat overlooking the front door and no one arrived. It was rearranged for another date and, having taken another day off, it never arrived again this time because the bed wasn’t in the warehouse!! At which point I cancelled the order. You gave all this in your records. I have to say your customer service staff were lovely but ineffectual. Your delivery firm needs sacking. Ordered another bed with a well known firm, delivered in two days and very happy with my purchase. Won’t order from you again.

Excellent only wasn’t delivered on original date another arranged and it still didn’t come, third time lucky and again compensation agreed but the bed itself very nice
