Really disappointed,bed arrived with 8 bolts missing so we cannot assemble it. After over a week of calling and emailing the aftercare team we still have not received the bolts we need, we keep getting told they will call us back then hear nothing from them, and all my emails have been ignored. I thought it would be an easy problem to resolve as it is only a few bolts!! I am so disappointed as I saved for months for this bed and after weeks of waiting for it am still having to sleep on the floor with no one from the company bothering to get back to me over 8 bolts! Will never purchase from this company again.

I was rather disappointed in the quality, given that it is rather expensive. The lengths of wood making up the frame were not quite long enough, resulting in a "shoogly" feeling. Hence when the bed is moved, it must be done by 2 people to avoid damage. In addition the construction/design is disappointingly poor and "cheap". Not at all the robust item I was expecting from such a premium brand. It certainly does not feel solid and will not last. I would not buy again nor recommend. Sorry,

Really pleased with the bed. Very easy to assemble, although did have to drill in two screws myself. This seems to be a common theme from other reviews l looked at so come on Cotswold Company, sort it out with your suppliers. Other than that, delighted.
