always gone for a solid timber bed in the past, which I still really rate! was torn between ordering one from your company or going for the Prestbury for my late teenage daughter.I was bit nervous waiting for the delivery?! found the delivery service to be 10 out of 10 and the gentlemen who delivered were very pleasant/polite! they did offer to take the bed upstairs for me though I still had some items to move so asked if it could just be placed downstairs. I have since put the bed together and there doesn't seem to be any quality issues so far ( receiving delivery of a mattress sadly from another provider this week ) so my daughter will really be able to try the bed out for first time :) ! its a shame I wasn't able to order the mattress from your company though as I am a lone parent on a budget, I had to opt for "clear pay" in order to be able to pay for my purchase fortnightly having paid for the Prestbury outright. I think overall we're still adjusting to the upholstered design! but I can say that fine Slate Velvet is a lovely touch and the contemporary design is fresh. sadly no photos to add as the delivery of the mattress is tomorrow ! if there's an option to add later we shall be happy to.
