The product is good, but not impressed with the service, I paid for a pre noon delivery (£9.99) on a certain date. I received notification that the delivery slot would be after 1:30 pm! I phoned customer service and due to a technical error had to then change the day, not impressive when you are working. Again the same thing happened, delivery after 1pm! I spent approx 45 minutes trying to contact customer service, twice I was put through to an overflow operator who advised me to phone again or I could get a call within 48hours, the delivery was happening the next day so not very helpful advice. Eventually I got through and did receive a call back and confirmation email that the delivery would be before 12 noon on my chosen day, which did happen. However lot of time was wasted trying to sort out this problem which should have been a straightforward paid for slot!

Again these are lovely. All the furniture I have bought from Cotswold is extremely good quality and the service from start to finish has been fantastic. Delivery on both occasions perfect, went smoothly no problems finding us. Many other delivery companies have struggled and some gave up without delivering. We have just moved into a new build and older Satnavs not reliable. So we’ll done Cotswold to the whole team we will certainly be recommending you.

When the bedside cabinets were delivered, with care I might add. I unpacked and was pleasantly surprised to see a nice solid construction and beautifully made. I even got them a week earlier. Very good shopping for first but not last order.
