I am still waiting for delivery of my replacement unit
received durham white blanket ottoman today delivery very fast but damaged,Packaging was very poor wrinkled and dirty and looked old,Luckily the damage was under the lid so you can only see it when you open it,and the bun feet were badly painted..I bought the same 1 last week from another company and it was better packaged with strong cardboard corners all round the box and arrived perfect,I haven't asked for a replacement has i couldn't wait,My other 2 purchases of mini oak sideboards were perfect
