Love this product
Disappointing finishing..several scuffs to the outer cabinet and to the drawer edges.

Didn't have a great experience receiving our Milan Ash products - we ordered 2 bedroom sets plus a Tall 6 Drawer Chest in late Dec 2013. Ordering and initial delivery were all OK. When assembling the pieces, I found that about 30% of the handles would not tighten up - some of the screw threds were so bad you could push and pull the screw into/out of the handle. Two pieces (1 bedside table, one 3+2 chest) had drawers that either we could not close or had to really force to close. Cotswold Company customer service was friendly and accommodating - they arranged exchange of the 2 pieces without question, and sent replacement handles. Unfortunately some of these replacements failed as well so we had to request even more handles. Beware the delivery slot time - it isn't guaranteed and I missed the (early) delivery of the replacement units because I was out in the garden. Reading the smaller print, it does say you need to be in all day long, not just at your allocated time - I had to pay for a repeat delivery. Taking out one drawer from a wardrobe after a few weeks, the baton underneath the middle of the drawer fell off - I decided to fix this one myself as I couldn't face more days waiting for deliveries. 2 months after we first ordered, we had finally got all our units and replacement handles. In summary: The wood looks good but the handles we received were barely fit for purpose. I am a little dubious about the build quality overall. Cotswold Company customer service is good. Make sure you take the day off for getting it delivered! Would I order the same thing again? Probably not. I would definitely spend time looking at other options.
