Solid and well made. Item was well packaged. Colour is an off white but not a cream colour so matched well with my existing wardrobe. Came with 4 legs to be attached but I've chosen to leave them off and just have sitting on floor which looks great and means no dust can gather beneath it, well pleased with purchase, communications and delivery.

The 1 star review is based not on quality and value as I have yet to receive a chest that is not damaged, since the order was placed before Christmas. Cotswold Co. has been very good with returning and re-sending the order twice but, upon delivery, in both instances, product was badly damaged. There is a serious issue with logistical quality control. A shame as the quality of the furniture has been consistently high in past experiences.

The chest is well built and attractive in appearance. The drawers are divided into two sections, but hold plenty. Recommend.
