I can’t comment on this product because I have not yet received it. It was scheduled for delivery on 25th August. On the morning of the 25th, we received notification that the delivery would not be made on that day after all. So we went about our morning.
Then there was a knock at the door. It was a guy from your delivery company. He said he had tried calling us. I told him that my husband had missed a call while he was in the shower but we didn’t think anything of it because we weren’t expecting the delivery as we had been told it was cancelled. He asked if we wanted the delivery. I said yes of course we do given that you are here. So he said he would go and get the van (our driveway is a little tricky to access).
And then we never saw him again.
We then got a message saying that the delivery company had tried to contact us and had not received a response.
A rescheduled delivery is due today.
Fingers crossed.
