I like the furniture but I couldn't put it together. 2 of the holes in the legs were not aligned and it's difficult using an alum key. One was at an angle and I didn't dare force it. I couldn't get the other in at all. Homeserve wouldn't make an appointment with me until I took a photo. It was very difficult to take a photo of an inch deep hole and one side was impossible. I was told someone would come the next day. I stayed in waiting for a phone call, then it turned out Homeserve was waiting for a photo. In fact someone came 10 days later (after I sent a photo) and managed it with an electric drill. It should be enough for a customer to say the holes are not aligned. I wasn't impressed with after sales service.

I am delighted with the furniture. It is high quality and looks lovely. I was very impressed with the whole process from ordering to the people who delivered the furniture.
