This Mattress seems very well packed in the middle but the sides are very soft, so you tend to roll out the bed. This is very unideal. The quality looks good on first inspection but the mattress is advertised as medium to firm, and it is much softer than that. If you are used to any kind of firm mattress then avoid at all costs. I would advise you find some way of trying this before ordering as once it's slept on you cannot return and the mattress is giving me issues with my back. I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about!

I would like to return this mattress as it is most certainly not a firm mattress or even a medium mattress. It is soft and offers no support at all. There are lumps/dips in the middle of the mattress and if you move towards the edge of it, it feels as though you are about to roll out of bed. Unfortunately, unlike other retailers, this company won't accept returns. This is a lot of money to waste! I am wholly dissatisfied with this mattress and the company's policy not to accept returns. I would advise you not to buy it if you are seeking a good night's sleep!
