Solid, manufactured to a good quality, arrived complete and undamaged and mostly straightforward to assemble. Drawers should have proper runners at this price point. Design for self assembly could be improved by making it impossible to fit the door panels in the wrong orientation - we inadvertently installed one of them upside down so had to dismantle and redo it. Assembly instructions printed on low quality loose sheets of paper - proper paper booklet would be better. Service doesn't have a star rating option so reflecting this in the above - would be a 2 at best. Long delay to suggested delivery time frame (late by several months). Communication about this was surprisingly poor, providing no explanation or apology on numerous occasions when the delivery date slipped.

Door alignment was wrong, hanging rail was not usable(wrong parts), dowel holes are misaligned. Cotsworld used to make very good product, but this time frustrating.

The guys who delivered and assembled the wardrobe were brilliant and I'm so glad I paid the little bit extra for this service. The wardrobe fits perfectly into the recess in the guest bedroom and I am really pleased with the quality. Cannot fault the product or the service - full marks !!
