Cheap, self assembly furniture, posing as something else. Flatpack, from China. Unhelpful and extremely poor service.
Horrendous amount of packaging, and consistently unavailable within website timeliness. Delivery through the cheapest possible means, and always late, leaving the problem of packaging. Do not buy from this company.

Nice enough piece except I noticed the first one was damaged after delivery guys built it. The company tried to fob me off with damage discount and someone to paint match it, except the damage was a dent, so no paint would amend that. They organised a re-delivery for me and that one was defective as well with white spots where the spray paint hadn't contacted properly. This time I accepted damage discount, but the after-sales customer service was exceptionally SLOW.
