Absolutely APPALLING customer service. False advertising on the web site with regards to delivery times and no updates received from Cotswold Company. I am still waiting for a phone call from someone of a management level one week after making a complaint. Cotswold are very good at taking your money and horrific at post payment customer service. AVOID!

I bought this small cupboard to go with the larger Shaker cupboard and I love it. It is really handy to pack away smaller items and the two units compliment each other really well. I received great communication from the company and as usual when it was delivered it was really well packaged resulting in no damage what so ever. Simply un-wrap, place it where you want it and enjoy. Can’t wait to purchase another item from them.
