Product is lovely. Unfortunately the customer service and delivery is absolutely appalling. In fact I am still waiting for customer service to get back to me when they promised to multiple times. I wont order from Cotswold again because of the customer service. Each of my 3 orders with them were nightmares- forgotten furniture from one order, damaged items on the next (which I finally gave up trying to get replaced) and inspite of requesting at time of order the table was not put together and when they finally sent someone to put the table together, they refused to put the matching benches together- and I've never heard from anyone at the company again.
Beautiful craftsmanship. Exactly the look we were going for with the table. Really sturdy and worth the money. Nice wood tone as not too orange like a lot I have seen Really pleased
The bench is very good quality and arrived extremely well packaged, earlier than initially promised. However, the colour is different to what we expected - darker than the model in the showroom, darker than in the photo in the catalogue and darker than in the photo to the left of this caption. All those mentioned show a distinct lighter shade of oak than the bench we received. The colour was a fundamental aspect of our purchase and this is deeply disappointing.
