What are the seat dimensions of the chairs?

Our dining chairs have varying seat dimensions to suit different styles. The Primrose Stone dining chairs measure (H)93 x (W)56 x (D)63cm, while the Spindleback chairs across all finishes (Charcoal, Pure White, Classic Cream, and Dove Grey) measure (H)90 x (W)47.50 x (D)51cm with a seat height of 45cm. The Elkstone Mellow Oak and Inglesham Whitewash Oak spindleback chairs both feature a seat height of 47.9cm.

Do the chair sets come fully assembled, or is some assembly required?

For upholstered chairs with fabric seats, we recommend visiting one of our stores to see and feel the fabrics in person, or contact our customer service team for fabric guidance. Your samples should arrive within a few working days.

What upholstery options are available, and can these be customised?

Our upholstered dining chairs come in a variety of fabrics and finishes. The Primrose Stone dining chairs and Foxglove Stone winged buttoned chairs feature a stone linen mix upholstery with oak legs. These chairs are available as shown and cannot be customised in different fabrics or colours. Each range is designed with specific upholstery options to complement our furniture collections perfectly.

What is the lead time for delivery on these chair sets?

These chair sets are in stock and ready for delivery within 7 working days with our Standard Delivery service. How should the chairs be cleaned and maintained to preserve their finish?

For chairs with oak legs and painted finishes, wipe them regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For any marks, use a slightly damp cloth followed by immediate drying. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the protective lacquer finish. For upholstered seats, vacuum regularly using an upholstery attachment and treat any spills promptly by blotting (not rubbing) with a clean, dry cloth.
