Absolutely superb quality - just bought 12 dining room chairs (ready for when we can actually have people over to sit on them!) and they are absolutely perfect. Great support as well from the chat function - helped me with sizes etc as it can be daunting to spend that much money without looking and touching them - the lady on the video chat was really brilliant. Always superb quality and excellent customer service from Cotswold.
