Purchased 6 of these chairs 2 need to be replaced as the legs are split.
Still awaiting acknowledgement from Cotswold Co. Of my emails/ phone calls and photo's sent numerous times during the past 7 days.
Customer Service does not exsist.

I recenty bought six chairs of which four are not right. Padding is distorted around the buttoning and back is loose on one. Have rung customer services but they did not call back. Disappointing
