This is the first time we have purchased from the Cotswold Company The service and delivery was excellent , the chairs arrived quickly, we were kept informed on the day. We are pleased with the quality of the chairs, they were true to the pictures shown on the site and look fabulous with our table. The chairs are also very comfortable to sit in. However, one chair is rocking quite badly, no matter how many times we have adjusted the legs it remains unstable. There were also some minor marks on another chair legs. We have emailed Cotswolds regarding this, and are awaiting a reply.
